Fees, Lodging & Meals

The conference fee is $290 per person. Monday evening dinner is included in this fee. Guests can pay a guest fee of $25 for Monday evening meal when the attendee pays for registration. 

 

For room reservations call the Bethea Welcome Center at (800)222-4930. We have a block of rooms reserved for $129.00+tax per night double occupancy at the Terrace Hotel. When you make your reservations, please mention you are with the Southeast Church Network. All training sessions will be held in the Harrell Center, Room 105. 

 

A meal plan is available through the hotel which includes dinner Sunday, breakfast and lunch on Monday & Tuesday, and breakfast Wednesday during the conference. The cost is $72 plus tax & gratuity per person and is payable to the hotel at check in.
